These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the platform and services provided by Retail Labs Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Retail Labs", "we", "us", or "our") via our AI-powered virtual fashion content creation platform (the “Service”). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Access

Our platform is intended for use by businesses and professionals in the fashion industry. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are authorized to represent the company or organization on whose behalf you are using the platform.

2. Account Registration

To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

Retail Labs operates on a subscription-based model, with monthly or annual billing options. Your access to features and content depends on your selected subscription plan.

All payments are processed securely. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Late or failed payments may result in restricted access to the Service.

Note: Comprehensive service terms, including specific usage rights, responsibilities, and support levels, will be governed by the individual agreement signed between Retail Labs and each client.

4. Ownership and Usage Rights

• You retain full rights to the AI-generated visuals you create under a commercial plan, as specified in your agreement.

• Retail Labs retains all rights to the platform technology, software, and tools.

• You may not copy, reverse engineer, sublicense, or resell the platform or its outputs unless expressly authorized.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and our acceptable use guidelines. You may not:

• Generate explicit or harmful content

• Upload content that infringes third-party rights

• Attempt to access restricted areas or functionality without permission

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described therein.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription anytime, but no partial refunds will be issued unless required by law or specified in your client agreement.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Retail Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid for the Service in the last six months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Istanbul.
